If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify JL85 immediately via our support channels. JL85 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.
JL85 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time JL85 deems necessary.
JL85 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, Cebuana Lhuillier, and M Lhuillier. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

JL85's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your JL85 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
JL85 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By registering on the JL85 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration, KYC verification, gameplay, and financial transactions. JL85 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary for Platform operations and with regulatory authorities as required by law.
You may close your JL85 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
JL85 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if JL85 determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if continued operation of your account poses a risk to JL85, other players, or third parties.
In cases of termination for cause — including fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct — JL85 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in your account, including real-money funds, and to pursue any additional legal remedies available under Philippine law.
If you have a dispute regarding any aspect of your JL85 account, a game outcome, a transaction, or the application of these Terms, you must first contact JL85 customer support and allow a reasonable period of not less than fourteen (14) calendar days for JL85 to investigate and respond.
JL85's decision on any dispute shall be final and binding, subject to any rights you may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulations. All disputes must be raised within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. JL85 will not consider disputes raised after this period.
Game outcome disputes will be resolved by reference to JL85's server-side game logs, which shall be the definitive record of all game activity. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display on your device and the server-side log, the server-side log shall prevail.
JL85 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, JL85 will notify registered players via email or an in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the JL85 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the JL85 Platform.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
